The insurance producer position requires the job applicant have exceptional interpersonal skills, is enthusiastic, disciplined, confident, diligent, willing and able to solve problems, investigate issues, pay close attention to detail and take exceptional notes, multi-task, work independently without much supervision in a small friendly office environment, and must have good time-management skills coupled with the initiative to locate new policy holders and the ability to maintain current.

Insurance policies are contractual agreements so this position requires an understanding of them and the continual amendments to them.
The job candidate must maintain a clean, professional looking office. Attendance and timeliness are crucial because of the small office staff size.
